If you made the purchase via the App Store, please refer to Apple's article here, for instructions on checking your refund status. Please note that refunds from Apple can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Refunds for purchases made via Steam can take up to 7 days to be approved. To check the status of your refund, follow these steps:
To check the status of your refund request in the Steam client, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Help" option in the top menu of the Steam client.
- Select "Steam Support" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Recent Purchases
- On the Steam Support page, click on "Purchases".
- You'll see a list of your recent transactions. Locate the purchase associated with your refund request.
- Click on the specific purchase to view its details, including your refund status.
