Purchases are sent to your in-game mailbox (hamburger menu > inbox), as shown below. Please click claim at the bottom of the inbox message to receive them. If you do not receive your items in your mailbox, please try the following:
- Try restarting the game
- Check your purchase history on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Steam to ensure your payment was successful.
- If you're playing the PC version, please check your bank statement or email confirmation.

If you still have not received your items in the mail or after selecting "claim" please get in touch here. There are a few things you can provide that will help us to assist you:
- Screenshot of your purchase confirmation (can be found via the email registered to your Google, Apple account, or Steam account)
- Player ID (found via the hamburger menu > settings > info)
- Email address (if registered)
