If you need to request a refund for a purchase please follow the instructions below:
Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Go to the "My apps & games" section.
- Find the app you want to refund and tap on it.
- Tap on the "Refund" button.
- Select the reason for your refund request and submit it.

iOS (App Store):
The refund procedure for apps purchased on a device using the Apple App Store is as follows:
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap on your profile icon.
- Tap on "Purchased".
- Find the app you want a refund for and select it.
- Tap on "Report a Problem".
- Select the reason for your refund request and submit it.

Steam

Open the Steam Client:
- Launch the Steam application on your computer and log in to your account.

Access Steam Support:
- Click on "Help" in the top-left menu.
- Select "Steam Support" from the dropdown.

Locate Your Purchase:
- In the Steam Support page, click on "Purchases".
- Find and select the game or item you wish to refund. If it's not listed, it may be outside the refund window.

Initiate the Refund Request:
- Choose the issue you're experiencing with the product.
- Click on "I would like a refund".
- Select your preferred refund method: either your original payment method or Steam Wallet credit.
- Provide any additional details or reasons for the refund in the provided field.
- Submit your request.
