If you're looking to start fresh in the game, consider resetting your account. If you've decided the game isn't for you or you would like your data deleted, please open the game and go to settings > account > delete account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us here.
You will receive an email requesting the following information:
- In-game user ID (Can be copied via the info tab in settings)
- Account creation date
- A screenshot of the last shop transaction. (If applicable, make sure transaction id and purchase date are visible)
- Any other information that may prove account ownership
