If you have registered via email, you can change your password here or via the login panel in-game. You will be sent an email with password reset instructions. Click the link in the email to create a new password.
If your account was registered using your Google or Apple account, please follow the instructions below:
Android device:
- Open the Settings app and select "Accounts" > Google account.
- Tap on "Account preferences" > "Security" > "Password".
- Verify your identity and follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Alternatively, you can also reset your Google password by visiting the Google sign-in page on any device and following the prompts to reset your password.

Apple device:
- Go to the Apple ID account page (https://appleid.apple.com/)
- Click on "Forgot Apple ID or password"
- Enter the email address associated with your Apple ID
- Click on "Continue"
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity, such as answering security questions or providing a recovery email or phone number
- Once you have successfully verified your identity, you will be able to reset your password
